由始至终地使用单色调，是这个复式住宅单位的设计元素。餐桌是悬浮楼梯的一部分，独一无二的大吊灯则垂于悬在半空的餐桌上方。层高较高的棚顶突显出简约整齐室内布局所能发挥的魔力。利用直线条的家具的独特比例构成了混合无缝的线条设计，造就出独特的空间布局，给予户主发挥想像力和好奇心的空间。
设计和布局是不可分割的，就像衣服覆盖我们的身体一样，这个豪华的复式单位被大规模地改良后，与屋主的生活方式更加协调。
简单优雅的设计，配上精彩的陈设，增添了空间的生机与活力，让大面积的白色调更加的自然协调，也为室内增添了多样的色彩，使之个性更加突出。
这个设计现代感十足，利用简约而不简单的背景设计，让户主在这个舞台中演绎出更加精彩的人生。
This duplex residential apartmentfeatures a basic scale ofmonotone throughout the space. A uniquechandelier appears above the floating diningtable that is part of the stairs once you enterthe apartment. Its great height of ceilingenhances the uncluttered layout. Themixture of rectangular forms, seamless linescreates a unique spatial experience andcuriosity to explore the space.
Design and layout are inseparable, likethe clothes covering our bodies, so thelayout of this deluxe duplex was extensivelymodified to synchronize with the lifestyleneeds of the owners.
The modified layout is enhanced by asimple, refined design with a neardichromaticcolour scheme strikinglyrelieved by restrained splashes of colourfrom flowers and feature pieces.
The vinyl finished floating stairs link theopen living and dining areas to the bedroomsuite beyond. The carefully chosen furnitureand display pieces add colour and characterto this property.
The effect is a property which isabsolutely modern, on the edge of trend andproviding a deceptively simple backdropwith a hint of mysteriousness, allowing thehuman elements centre stage in the dramaof their daily lives.

DANNY CHENG
毕业于加拿大多伦多prestigious InternationalAcademy的销售与设计专业，同年获得Arido Award荣誉奖，1996年返回香港与人共同创办公司Element Design，6年后他单飞并创立了自己的设计事务所。他的客户包括了Band＆Olufsen等知名公司，其设计作品得到了业界的广泛认同。
